We attach great importance to talent development and believe the quality of human resources is the key to success. GCCPAL was awarded the honor of “Manpower Developer” (2018-2020) by the Hong Kong Employee Retraining Board for the outstanding performance in talent training and development.
We are convinced that talent is the company’s most valuable asset. We regularly organize staff activities and promote work-life balance. This honor is not just a recognition for us but also further encourages us to continue the creation of better working environment. Employees Retraining Board (ERB) launched the “ERB Manpower Developer Award Scheme” (the Scheme) in December 2009 to recognize organizations which demonstrate outstanding achievements in manpower training and development as Manpower Developers (MDs).
The annual dinner of Gary Cheng Group was held on 11th May 2018 at the Royal Plaza Hotel. Colleagues and guests expressed their joy at the event. Celebrating the 20th anniversary, Dr. Gary Cheng, Managing Director of the Group, reviewed the achievements of last year and outlined the blueprint of the company’s future development during his speech in the dinner.
Gary Cheng CPA Limited was awarded the “Caring Company” for nine consecutive years (2009-2018) by the Hong Kong Council of Social Service in the recognition of our support to the community and corporate citizenship. This awards firmly recognizes our commitment and discharge of corporate social responsibility. Launched by The Hong Kong Council of Social Service in 2002, the Caring Company Scheme aims at cultivating good corporate citizenship. It is specifically geared to building strategic partnerships among businesses and non-profit organisations to create a more cohesive society.
With hard working and effort, a successful year comes to an end, it’s time for us to celebrate. This year, highlighted by the Bowling Competition, Gary Cheng Group staff Christmas Party was held on 17 December at Pacific Club.
Guangzhou – The agreement of “Guangdong and Hong Kong CPA Practice Alliance” was signed under the witness of GZCPA and HKICPA.
According to the two-year alliance agreement, the CPAs in Guangdong and Hong Kong will further deepen cooperation in human resource, technology and business, and strive for win-win situation. Being an alliance member, Gary Cheng CPA Limited, takes concrete actions to best serve the Greater Bay Area.
A barbecue event was held in the Tai Mei Tuk Ting Kok BBQ Farm. Everyone enjoyed the happy and relax moment with an all-you-can-eat buffet of 30 types of food.
Professional training and team spirits are the focuses of Gary Cheng Group. A team-building activity was held in the Wu Kwai Sha Youth Village aiming to enhance the relationship between members of Gary Cheng Group.
Everyone was highly participated in the activities and shown their strengths and abilities, achieving in building a stronger sense of belonging and team cohesiveness.
Gary Cheng Group held its annual dinner at Royal Plaza Hotel on 10th March, 2017 to celebrate its 19th Anniversary and achievements of last year. Apart from GCG staff member, business partners and guests also joined the dinner and shared the joy with us.
Dr. Gary Cheng, Managing Director of Gary Cheng Group, delivered a speech which he summed up the Group’s achievements last year and shared the future development plans. While enjoying the food, all GCG staff and guests were gratified of the lucky draw programme and had a memorable evening.
As the event drew to a close, the Group embarked upon its next glorious chapter and new challenges in the Year of the Rooster.
