With a long tradition of caring for the community, Gary Cheng CPA Limited is committed to fulfilling its corporate social responsibility in supporting charity events. We participate in the Community Chest Dress Casual Day 2021. The event was held on 28 October 2021. We are very grateful to our colleagues for their generous donations and participation in the event.

We will continue to support the community and fulfill its corporate social, also encourages our employees to participate in various charity activities in order to serve the society.

Gary Cheng CPA Limited attended the signing ceremony of an agreement on development strategies for the accounting profession in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macau.  Separate signing ceremonies were live-streamed from Macau and Guangzhou. The ceremony was held on 8 September 2021.

Since 2017, Gary Cheng CPA Limited was the first 22 CPA firms to join “The agreement of Guangdong and Hong Kong CPA Practice Alliance”.  We strive to facilitate the communication of news, talents, resources, business and technology in the industry.

We will seize opportunities to exploit the unique advantages and contribute to the development of the Greater Bay Area and our country as well.

Dragon Boat Festival is coming soon, Gary Cheng Group has participated the elderly visit which is organized by Suicide Prevention Services today.  We hope our visit would let them feel the blessings and caring from the society.

Gary Cheng CPA Limited has been awarded the Caring Company by the Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS), in recognition of the promising efforts on performing corporate social responsibility and contribution to the community over the past 12 years.

Once again, we thank for the trust and support from our partners. We promise we will keep improving and fulfilling the social responsibility.

Dr. Gary Cheng, Managing Director of Gary Cheng Group was invited to the Naming Ceremony of “Judith and Gary Cheng Student Career Center” organized by City University of Hong Kong on 14 May 2021.

The honour was given in appreciation of Dr. Cheng’s significant contributions to the University. Dr. Cheng feels very honoured to participate in the innovation and entrepreneurship programme “Hong Kong Tech 300” by offering free consultation services to CityU students. “Judith and Gary Cheng Student Career Center” is located on the 4th floor, Bank of China (Hong Kong) Complex City University of Hong Kong.

We have been suspended for having physical volunteer service due to COVID-19. As the situation is getting better now, we have resumed our volunteer work with Suicide Prevention Services today finally.

Our visit means a lot to the needy. A quick drop off already served an impactful caring to encourage them live positively. Our colleagues enjoy this volunteer work, and we look forward to the next volunteer activities.

Our continuous commitment to the community is recognized by receiving the 11th Caring Company award from The Hong Kong Council of Social Service. Besides contributing to our community, Gary Cheng CPA Limited also cares about staff wellbeing and environment protection aspects.  Being a Caring Company is a meaningful glory brings us positive power to go further.

We had a joyful night for squid fishing on 12 July 2019. Gary Cheng Group values our staff and cares about work-life balance. By organizing different staff events, we are dedicated bring our staff out from stress and have some fun together.

In the event, apart from the squid fishing, our staff also enjoyed from the buffet dinner and games. It was a night full of laugh, we enjoy our good harvest and further strengthen our bonding as a team. 

Gary Cheng Group (GCG) held its annual dinner at Royal Plaza Hotel on 18th April 2019 to celebrate its 21st Anniversary and achievements of last year. Apart from GCG staff member, business partners and guests also joined the dinner and shared the joy with us. Dr. Gary Cheng, Managing Director of Gary Cheng Group, delivered a speech which he summed up the Group’s achievements last year and shared the future development plans. 

While enjoying the food, all GCG staff and guests were gratified of the lucky draw programme and had a memorable evening. As the event drew to a close, the Group embarked upon its next glorious chapter and new challenges.
